This department’s goal is to train students with teachers who are experts in their fields, who transmit their knowledge and experience so that graduates are professionals with integrity and capable of transforming society through projects that can contribute to improving people’s quality of life.
It has two degree programs: Architecture and Urban Planning and Civil Engineering. In Architecture, architects are formed with a humanistic vision, capable of materializing spaces and buildings that respond to the needs of their inhabitants in a creative way, respecting their habitat, appreciating their history and maintaining an identity.
In Civil Engineering they learn to design projects and direct the construction of civil works and infrastructure, applying technological and humanistic knowledge to improve both physically and culturally the human habitat. This is done with a critical sense and spirit of service, characteristics of the San Pablo student.
In postgraduate studies, we offer a Master’s Degree in Construction Management and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering. In addition to the Diploma in Pathology and Rehabilitation of Reinforced Concrete Structures, and other specialized courses. The department’s professors are part of research groups recognized by the university and in collaboration with their international peers.
