On March 13, we presented our training proposal to the media in the Arequipa region. More than 60 journalists were informed about what a medicine that cures with science and heals with the soul means to us.
On March 14, more than 300 guests were welcomed at the cocktail party to present our program. It was a special moment during which we were able to share our dreams of truly humane medicine with our university community and representatives from different sectors of society:
Throughout the year, we have held meetings with different representatives of the healthcare field in Arequipa. The objective has been to show them our training proposal and our commitment to create better university training conditions for future physicians.

Médico cirujano por la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (UPCH), magíster en Bioética por la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC) y con un Programa de Alta Especialización (PAE) en Gerencia de Servicios de Salud por ESAN. Cuenta con formación de posgrado en Educación Médica en la UPCH. Ha sido profesor de Ética Médica y Fundamentos Filosóficos de la Medicina en pregrado de la UC y de Ética Médica en la Maestría de Educación Médica de la Escuela de Postgrado de la misma universidad. Fue también profesor de Bioética en la Universidad Gabriela Mistral (Chile), de Biología en la Escuela de Psicología de la Universidad Católica San Pablo (UCSP) y de Bioética y Ética de la Investigación en la Escuela de Postgrado, también de la UCSP.
