Department of Economic and Business Sciences

This department aims to consolidate its leadership in the south of Peru and become one of the best business schools outside Lima. In addition to training the future leaders of companies in Arequipa and Peru, not only as professionals, but also as people who in the near future will make decisions.

The department has two professional careers: Business Administration and Accounting, schools with which San Pablo began its academic life. In postgraduate studies, it offers Specialization Programs in Administration (PED), related to tax management and payroll, administration, among others.

In research, it has the Center for Economics and Business Studies (CEE), which promotes, coordinates, develops and disseminates studies in the fields of economics and business. Its activities include the development of research groups, thematic reports, dissemination events, courses, publications, etc.

This department is looking for young people eager to learn, with some ability in numbers and a global vision to understand that the world is our battleground. We also want them to seek to be agents of change, prepared to adequately analyze the context and face the major crises that hit society.
