Universidad Católica San Pablo is called, through its identity and in the deployment of all its activities, to contribute to the shaping of a more humane culture. In this context, the Office of Service and Outreach to Society aims to promote and implement the outreach initiatives of each department, offering an organized, structured service to the world, stemming from the pursuit of truth and comprehensive education within each department.
The office seeks opportunities in the public and private sectors, as well as in institutions or organizations, to provide services such as training, research, social support, planning, among others, with the goal of extending the university’s benefits to the outside world and delivering them to businesses, the public sector, the Church, and individuals in need who cannot otherwise access our services.
Our vision is to continue growing and specializing to better serve society, as this is a new dimension for us. Typically, the university is more focused on undergraduate and postgraduate education, as well as research, but it’s not limited to this. Our challenge is to keep working diligently in the pursuit of truth and to maintain strong academic standards in order to better meet the needs of Arequipa and southern Peru.
